Alan/Dave-
Attached are updated exhibits for the Northbrook PCN (SAW -2019-01379 ) that was submitted on 7/26/19. Dave, Alan
had a few questions on the amount of rip rap shown at the crossing. Attached are the updated plans and impact table
indicating 34 feet less of rip rap above the proposed crossing. Dave, also attached are additional property owner
certifications for the sewer line extension that were not included in the previous JD submittal. Please let me know if you
might need anything else. Thanks -
Heath

Can you provide information why riprap is required up gradient of the proposed culvert. The
crossing is high in the watershed, and typically up gradient is not utilized. This appears to be
an unnecessary impact.
