The Pretreatment Annual Report Covering January through December 2017 has been reviewed. This PAR
as recei wved on March 16, 2018,
The review indicates that with the additional information received on May 28, 2018, the PAR is in good
order and satisfies the requirement of 15A NCAC 2H .0908 (b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North
Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
Please see the attached significant non-compliance report (SNCR). In the future include this form with
PAR submissions. If no Slus are in SNC, submit form with NONE entered into the table.
The next PAR will be due March 1, 2019.
