RE: Response to Inspection of Collection System Permit #WQC00236 Case No:NOD-2019-0163
Dear Mr. Bolich:
In response to your letter dated July 18, 2019 the Notice of Deficiency and Compliance Evaluation
Inspection; the following items are being addressed:
Item 1. The replacement of Mr. Nathaniel Kimble as Back-up ORC for the Collection system has been
filled with Mr. Philip J. Alston Certification #1006077. Form NCAC 15A 8G.0201, Water Pollution
Control System Operator Designation Form has been emailed to WPCSOCC and is included with this
letter.
Item 3. The collection system map provided by Mr. Zhang of DWR has been copied and the information
that was requested is being gathered and placed on the map before returning to DWR.
Item 4. The documentation of all active grease traps located in the collection system: The grease traps
are being inspected quarterly and receipts of debris removal are requested from the property owners.
These Inspections and receipts are filed and maintained at the WWTP.
Item S. The lift station located on Hwy 158 is being inspected daily with records to reflect those
inspection recorded daily. The purchase of an auto -dialer has been placed with USA Bluebook, PO#
462757. All necessary components needed to correct the audible/visual alarms at the five lift stations
have been ordered.
