RE: Annual Inspection for Structural Stormwater BMP(s) located on site
Dear Property Owner/HOA,
It is that time when the structural stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) has been in place for one
year or more and is ready for its required annual inspection. The Town of Laurel Park has a Storm Water
Management Ordinance that was adopted in January 1, 2008, and can be found in Chapter 53 of the Code of
Ordinances. When this development was issued a stormwater permit, the developer was required to install a
structural stormwater BMP to treat water quality. I have enclosed the required form to be completed by a
design professional and submitted by to our office within thirty (30) days of receipt. We appreciate your
