Ms. McCoy:
Please find attached four No Exposure Stormwater Rescission Requests from Static Control Components, located in
Sanford, NC. On December 15, 2018, all industrial activity stopped at four of our manufacturing plants. We have since
been auctioning and removing equipment. I have put a closure date of 7/31/19 on all of the requests, as that is the date
we should have 99% of everything removed from all of these facilities.
NCGNE0802 — Plant 1: Emptied of all equipment, building for lease by owner.
NCGNE0803 — Plant 2: Emptied of all equipment, lease still held by Static Control until early 2020.
NCGNE0847 — Plant 7: Emptied of all equipment, lease expires 7/31/19.
NCGNE0805 — Plant 17: Emptied of all equipment, but there are still some chemicals in the building to dispose of. The
building is for sale by Static Control.
