Comment: Division 11 DEO. Enaineer and insaector auided our insaections relative to stormwater PSHs and Permit
Sites 2, 7, 9 ,10 and 13. Box culvert at Site 2 is a staged build in progress. Several truck loads of old
tires were encountered during the build. DOT plans to truck them to a recycle facility. Other sites were
completed and built to plans. One PSH was not installed vet because bridge is not completed. Rip rap
stabilization was installed per the plans relative to the channel change revision approved in April 2018.
Some geotextile was in the channel but will be removed.
