Comment: NPDES records were kept on file and documented properly. Two rain
pages are maintained on site due
the the extended length of the project. I reminded the inspector and DOT staff present the importance of
documenting inspections and following up on urgent EC issues by making corrections within 24 hours
when at all possible. If access is an issue due to extreme muddy conditions and safety is a concern,
then by all means wait, but document the reasoning.
