Inspection Summary:
On August 14, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Chad Parker on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted:
1) Secondary containment has not been provided for all areas where there is bulk storage of liquid materials. The permittee
is directed to provide secondary containment for all areas where liquid materials are stored, as outlined in the No Exposure
Certification.
2) An annual self -recertification has not been documented at the facility. The permittee is directed to immediately perform a
self -recertification inspection, and document it as outlined in the No Exposure Certification.
3) Used pallets were stored outdoors and exposed to precipitation. The permittee is directed to immediately move all used
pallets to an area where they are not exposed to precipitation, as outlined in the No Exposure Certification.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after September 19, 2019. If the above items have not been addressed, further action
will be taken.
