equipment was observed around the facility, and lumber was being loaded onto trucks during the inspection. The permittee
is directed to provide a written response outlining the plan and timeline for the plant's closure. The permittee shall also
submit a rescission request once the work at the facility is complete, and the permit is to be closed.
