As required by Hugh Heine of the Corps of Engineers, we will be required to seek a 401 Water Quality Certificate for this project to fill in a 0.25 acre isolated wetland which Mr. Heine has located on the property. The location of this wetland is indicated on the enclosed plan. Please review the enclosed plan and let me know whether the project can be handled under the general permit or whether an individual permit will be required.
