Upon review of your request for Water Quality
Certification to place fill material in Buck Branch, we have
determined that the proposed fill can be covered by General
Water Quality Certification No. 2176 issued November 4,
1987. A copy of the General Certification is attached.
This Certification may be used in qualifying for coverage
under Corps of Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 26.

Dear Mr. Mills:
Enclosed you will find a rough drawn map of our facility and grounds. As
discussed on the phone, we would like to apply for a water certification permit
to allow us to fill in some areas.
I have contacted the Army Corps of Engineers and received authorization to
fill the proposed area east of our building under the Wet Land Fill Permit #26.
The proposed area is on the east side of our facility next to Buck Branch
of Burden's Creek. We would like to fill from the area's already filled up to
the sewer easement.
