BOX 1890 WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA 28402-1890 September 1, 1987 IN REPLY REFER TO Regulatory Branch Mr. Craig R. Wyant Edward D. Stone, Jr., and Associates Post Office Box 837 Wilmington, North Carolina 28402 Dear Mr. Wyant: On August 27, 1987, you and Mr. Jabe Hardee met with Mr. Hugh Heine of my staff regarding your client's plans to develop property off Pages Creek near Ogden, New Hanover County, North Carolina. Your client plans to develop the 54.57-acre Cameron Bayshore tract between Bayshore Drive and U.S. Highway 17. During this meeting, the wetlands which have been surveyed were walked. After taking several measurements with a 100-foot-tape and checking the' scaled drawing, it was found that the plat dated August 25, 1987, appeared to accurately depict the Corps' regulatory jurisdiction. Please note, this letter is only for the 54.57-acre tract, . not for that property between U.S. Highway 17 and this property. Before any work takes place on the commercial property, the wetlands will need to be flagged and surveyed. Should you have any questions, please contact Mr. Heine at telephone (919) 343-4725.
