This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0000672. Land application sites were in acceptable condition. On July 22, 2019, Enviro-Choice, the company hauling sludeg for the City of Lumberton applied approximately 12,400 gallons of sludge to a non permitted field site. The 400 ft. buffer to a habital dwelling was also exceeded. This matter will be handled separately at another time. Please add lime as indicated by the soils report. No additional problems noted.
