On July 22, 2019, Enviro-Choice, the company hauling sludeg for the City of Lumberton applied approximately 12,400 gallons of sludge to a non permitted field site. The 400 ft. buffer to a habital dwelling was also exceeded. This matter will be handled separately at another time. Please add lime as indicated by the soils report. No additional problems noted.
