Certification to place fill in waters and/or wetlands in a
tributary to Bull Run Creek, we have determined that the
proposed fill can be covered by General Water Quality
Certification No. 2177 issued November 4, 198% A copy of
the General Certification is attached. This Certification
may be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps of
Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 14.

of Kildare Meadows. A total of three stream crossings are
involved with the two phases of this project and all three are
included with this one application. The existing stream channels
will be filled and piped at the crossings only. Also enclosed
are sketches of the three crossings showing the dimensions of the
filled wetland areas.
