Replace bridge no. 121 over West Bear Creek on Mark Edwards Rd. Use 1@25' 21" Cored Slab, 1@70' 24" Cored Slab, 1 @25' 21" Cored Slab with 4' Caps. No deck drains
are required. At line back of begin bridge, an outlet with class B rip -rap will discharge on the downstream side.
