We confirmed in the field that the information provided was accurate as to whether or not stream calls were perennial
or intermittent as shown. Kevin is correct in that I agreed with the stream calls as depicted. We did not assess

Hey Lori,

I met Dave Wanucha yesterday and we verified the preliminary jurisdictional calls for two projects (R-5772 and R-5759)
near the NCDOT Division 11 office in Wilkesboro. I can email you those two PJD packages if needed.

It looks like both were originally sent to Steve Kichefski in May, 2019. I'm not sure if he looked at them, or decided a
field visit wasn't needed. Since these fell to Steve not long before Division 11 was transitioned to you, I wanted to check
in case you wanted to visit the two projects. I've Cc'd Dave on this email in case I misspeak, but I think all the
preliminary calls were pretty straight forward and we didn't have any issues with them. Regardless, if you would like to
take a look at them then I'm more than happy to schedule a time with you to do that.

In the future, I will try and coordinate any preliminary jurisdictional determination calls with you and Dave, in case you
would like to look at them together in the field.
