Robbie Bullock and Megan Davis of WaRO DWR met with Jonathan Stucky, Natalie Cataldo, and
Jacob Kendall of the Craven County Health Department to do a pesticide general permit inspection
(NCG560060). The facility has a updated pesticide discharge management plan. The application
equipment was calibrated in April of 2019. The dates and amounts of chemicals emitted were well
documented, however, the facility was reminded to perform spot checks of areas sprayed after
applications of chemicals.
The chemical was stored in an area that was accessible to workers as well as the general public. We
recommend that the chemicals be stored in a more secure location with spill containment.
The facility is compliant with permit NCG560060.
