Dear Mr. Miller:
Upon review of your request for Water Quality
Certification to place fill in waters and/or wetlands in a
tributary to Trent River, we have determined that the
proposed fill can be covered by General Water Quality
Certification No. 2177 issued November 4, 1987. A copy of
the General Certification is attached. This Certification
may be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps of
Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 14.

Per our phone conversation (s) of this morning I am enclosing a vicinity
map and a Sedimentation and Erosion Control Drawing showing work proposed
on the referenced project. This work is considered a minor road crossing
per 33 CFR PART 330.5 a(14).
Dave Baker of the Corps of Engineers and John G. Thomas of this office had
an on-site meeting on 7-28-87 and no problems with Corps Permitting was
found. We are expecting a letter of approval from Dave's office in the
near future.
We would appreciate a letter granting water quality certification under
general water quality certification under minor road crossing. No CAMA
involvement is anticipated.
