You indicated in the PCN form that the project requires a diffuse flow plan and that the project will not create concentrated stormwater through the buffer. But one of the buffer impacts is for a stormwater outfall to the pond. I understand the project might meet the impervious limit for low density, but there is also a requirement that stormwater be conveyed through vegetated conveyances and I'm unclear how the outfall meets that requirement, or diffuse flow through the buffer.
