Dear Mr. Wigley: This project is not subject to the NCGO1 permit, so it should be covered by an NCG25
permit. Unfortunately, the Stormwater Program has not been able to issue that permit yet though. We hope to
have it issued by October 1, 2019. We will reach out to you at that point so that you may obtain coverage under
