Inspection Summary:
On August 7, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Steve Johnson and Will Johnson on site. During the
inspection the following items were noted:
1) The secondary containment area has improved a great deal.
2) Due to TSS, the facility is now in Tier Two response, and shall immediately begin all Tier Two response actions, including
monthly monitoring.
3) Erosion at and around the sampling location is excessive. the permittee is directed to immediately begin efforts to
stabilize that area.
