Inspection Summary
On August 6, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Houston Boggs on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted:
Bulk storage containers were observed outside during the inspection. If these containers remain part of the industrial
process, the permittee is directed to install secondary containment as required by the certification. If the containers are not
to remain in use, they must be disconnected from the industrial process and removed, or locked out.
