REMARKS
Sue, per your previous concerns, the engineers have dug into the stormwater managemen t plan, and were able to provide a
significant change in outlet location versus the original plan. This location allows for hydrology to remain for the stream i n large, and
for the abutting wetlands. The engineers formal response comments are as follows:
1. The previously submitted design of SCM #2 showed the outlet discharging downstream of existing wetlands and Stream D.
Due to the concern of bypassing a significant portion of flow from this stream, causing a potential change in the stream’s
hydrology and natural function, this SCM has been re-routed to outlet farther upstream. This introduces flows back into the
stream much sooner allowing for the stream and wetlands to function more similarly to its existing conditions. See Trinity
Stream Exhibit for plan revisions.
2. Similarly to comment response #1, flows have been re-routed from SCM #2 to be introduced upstream of wetlands and
should provide similar hydrological conditions as what is existing. See Trinity Stream Exhibit for plan revisions.
