Inspection Summary:
On August 6, 2019 this facility was inspected to evaluate progress made since previous inspection. I met with Jeff Jackson
os site. During the inspection, the following items were noted:
1) The dust collector has been removed. However, residual metal dust is still visible in the area. The permitteeis directed to
increase housekeeping and cleaning efforts in the area to reduce exposure.
2) The permittee is directed to evaluate the potential for additional secondary containment requirements on site, at the tote
storage area.
3) The facility remains in Tier 3 response. The permittee is directed to report Analytical results to this office when received,
as described in the NCG030000 General Permit.
