Inspection Summary:
On June 4, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Jeff Jackson on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted.
1) Much progress has been made clearing out and disposing of excess metal waste on site.
2) Secondary containments have been mostly drained.
3) During the site visit, the exterior dust collector was being removed. It is to be replaced with an interior one.
4) The facility has not had an additional sample taken since the previous inspection.
5) Due to the situation of liquid materials on site, it is recommended that the need for secondary containment be evaluated
at all areas where liquid materials are being stored.
Please contact this office when alterations are complete. This site will be re -inspected on or after July 30, 2019. If the above
items have not been addressed, further action will be taken.
