Attached are the drawings for Site 3. If so, we can include this email as notification of the changes and no formal permit modification is required. Please send the pertinent plans for Permit Site 3 that show a larger pipe, but no additional impacts. I wanted to touch base with you over some minor changes to the plan drawings for R- 3421B. Hydraulics, while looking over the drawings more thoroughly, have tweaked the design on a handful of sheets. The changes will not effect the reported impacts at any of the sites. Below is a summary of the changes that have occurred: Permit Site 3 --> Upsized proposed 48" RCP -CD to 54" RCP -CD --> Sheets 10, 11, 12, 13 and 71 (summary sheet). Permit Site 4, 8 --> Showing rip rap in ditches per details (L, --> Sheet 17, 18, 19, 20, 39, 40, Permit Sheets --> No change at permit site but to plan sheet. Showing rip rap in ditch along 4+14 - 5+79 -RPD- LT and Sta 344+25 - 346+50 -L- RT --> 42, 43, 47, 48, 54, 55, The website will be updated to reflect the new drawings. With these changes, will a modification of the just issued permit mod. be required? Please let me know what I need to supply to you guys.
