Box 27687 Raleigh, NC 27611-7687 Dear Mr. Mills, As discussed during our telephone conversation of Wednesday October 19, 1988 I, on behalf of Somerset West Incorporated, would like to make application for a "General Water Quality Certification for Filling of Isolated Wetlands". Mr. David Lekson of the regulatory branch, Raleigh field office, Wilmington District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and myself conducted a site visit on October 18, 1988.. Mr. Lekson determined that the wetlands in question were both isolated and less than one acre in area. Mr. Lekson took several photos as back up data. Please find enclosed a location map and a grading plan showing wetlands. If I may be of further service please do not hesitate to call. Sincerely, WM. F.
