Staff of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality Regional Operations Section inspected
the subject wastewater spray irrigation system on August 7, 2019.
At the previous inspections, it has been noted that the land is vacant and that no part of any building or the
treatment system has been constructed. Recent aerial imagery shows the lot as still being vacant.
On the day of the inspection, you confirmed via telephone that neither the building nor any of the treatment
system has been constructed and the property is still a vacant lot with trees.
You also confirmed you would like to keep the permit.
