As per our phone conversation, I am writing to get approval for
construction of a small trout pond just below our spring.
The pond will be only about 40 to 50 feet in diameter and two to
four feet deep. It will be about 100 feet from the creek.
I am enclosing a map with the pond site circled.
Jeff Richter of the US Army Corps of Engineers has been to look
at the site and you may already have heard from him.
