Registration for Manure Hauler Operations requires an annual report as stated below:
....each manure {railer operation must submit an annual report to the Division by Mardi I of each year.
The report covers the activities of the previous calendar year and Hurst contain all applicable information
required by 15A NCAC 02T .1404. "
Please let us know if you are still in business. If so, please use the enclosed forms Haul-1 (less than
750 dry tons) or Haul-2 (greater than 750 dry tons) to submit your annual report for 2014 and an-y
other -years for which the annual report has not been submitted,yet. Feel free to make additional
copies of these forms for your future use.
To avoid any possible enforcement action for a violation of your Certificate, please complete and
submit the annual report within 30 days of receipt of this letter to:
