"....each manure hauler operation must submit an annual report to the Division by March 1 of each year. The report
covers the activities of the previous calendar year and must contain all applicable information required by 15A NCAC
02T .1404. "

report was due March 1, 2009. Please also be advised that_another annual report for 2009 will be due on
March 1. 2010.
