Registration for Manure Hauler Operations contains a condition that addresses the annual report
submission requirement as stated below:
...each manure hauler operation must submit an annual report to the Division by March 1 of each
year. 77fe report covers the activities of the previous calendar year and must contain all applicable
information required by 15A NCAC 02T .1404. "
