In reference to the Notice of Violation dated 26 July 2019, we offer the following response:
The Fecal Coliform daily maximum was exceeded on 29 May. At the time of sample collection, all
operations were normal and visual effluent quality was clear. Subsequent samples collected that
week were all in compliance.
Construction was underway during that time on the new UV system, which was completed and
placed into service on 1 July.
