regarding our direction for them to apply for an individual NPDES stormwater permit. These went out in the mail today,
so it may be a few days before hard copies arrive to the recipients.

Hi, Matt,
Thank you again for taking the time to help arrange our visit last week. I just wanted to follow up with you to give you
an update on that status of things.

I am coordinating with the Washington Regional Office on the correspondence that will go out to both Butterball and
Southern States. The Ownership Transfer for Butterball is straightforward, but we want to include information about
our findings in that letter, and make sure any communication that goes to Southern States is sent at the same time. I
hope to have things wrapped sometime next week.
