Completion Notification
Dear Ms. Culpepper:
In accordance with NC Environmental Management Commission Special Order by Consent,EMC
WQ S 18-009, Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke) is hereby submitting this notification that
construction of the new NPDES Outfall 006 was completed on July 12, 2019 and the discharge
from Lined Retention Basin (Outfall 003A) was eliminated. This notice fulfills our obligation
found in the subject Order's Section 2(d)
