ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS Inspection was performed on August 6, 2019 as part of change of ownership. The new owners purchased the house in June 2019 but have not moved in yet. A point of sale inspection was performed by a private company and it was noted that the internal buzzer alarm was not working. On the day of the inspection, there were chlorine tablets in the chlorinator. The irrigation area was well maintained, the three spray heads were functioning, and the fence was intact. During the inspection the new owner asked about removing the fence around the irrigation area and she was advised that some type of fence (at least a two-strand wire) needs to be kept in place. Owner was also asked to make the repair to the internal buzzer and provide documentation that repair was made. FORM:WQROSSR 04-14 Page 5 of 5
