All other aspects of the permitting process remain unchanged, and all applications must be in compliance with the statutes, rules, regulations and minimum design criteria as certified by the owner and engineer. The proposed Woodlief Subdivision is located south of the intersection of Long View Dr. and Long Mill Rd. in Franklin County, NC. We are seeking a permit to install a public sanitary sewer extension to serve fifty (50) proposed single-family residences as part of Phase 1. The proposed sanitary sewer extension consists of 4,027 LF of 8" PVC and 895 LF of 8" DIP extending off of an existing sanitary sewer manhole located at the property line. The proposed sanitary sewer main will be public. The construction of this sanitary sewer extension is projected to begin in September 2019.
