Dear Ms. Hamilton:
Wake County Department of Environmental Services staff, on behalf of the Division of
Water Resources, performed a compliance evaluation inspection of the subject wastewater
irrigation system on July 23, 2019 in response to your application for permit modification.
At the time of the inspection, plant was secured and appeared to be operating normally.
The updated Operations and Maintenance Plan was reviewed and found to be adequate.
Daily inspection and cleaning of the influent Flow meter will be required as part of your
new permit, once issued.
