Hi David and Kevin,
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the New Boulder & Seawall & Sediment Removal at Greg
Holcombe Residence project, which proposes to construct 235 ft of new boulder seawall on Lake Cardinal,
dredge 25 cyd of sediment, and potentially temporarily pipe 140 ft of an unnamed tributary to Lake Cardinal
in Transylvania County. Wild trout should not be impacted by this project, and a moratorium does not need
to be observed. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
