Good afternoon,
I've been reviewing the stormwater application for the above mentioned project. In the application you submitted the
grading and erosion control plan together on one sheet. We've accepted this in the past in certain circumstances, but as
we don't review and approve the erosion control plan as part of the post -construction permitting process, I'll need the
final grading plan without the erosion control measures before issuing the permit. I only need the grading for the road
and the ditches, not the lots. Everything else in the application looks acceptable so if you can send me two copies of the
grading and upload it online at.https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW Protect Submittal I'll be able to quickly get the
permit issued.
