I am just checking on the status the Buffer Authorization for the above referenced project. Due to the lack of rain and low water levels and flow, the engineers would like to get the
work underway and the contractors are available. The engineers asked me to touch base with you relative to the anticipated timeline for issuance such that they know to schedule deployment
of the work crews.
