This Ardmore at Indian Trail development is a multifamily complex with 105 one bedroom units, 105 two bedroom units, and 42 three bedroom units, as well as a clubhouse with approximately 4 employees, a pool with and estimated 50 users/day and a car wash, which will require an estimated peak flow of 40,020 GPD for utility consumption. The project will be comprised of both private and public sewer, both of which will be gravity sewer.
