The purpose of this cover letter is to outline the contents of this Private Sewer Permit
application package as well as to provide of a summary of the project to which is pertains. This
Ardmore at Indian Trail development is a multifamily complex with 105 one bedroom units, 105
two bedroom units, and 42 three bedroom units, as well as a clubhouse with approximately 4
employees, a pool with and estimated 50 users/day and a car wash, which will require an
estimated peak flow of 40,020 GPD for utility consumption. The project will be comprised of both
private and public sewer, both of which will be gravity sewer. In terms of private sewer, this
project will be comprised of 426 LF of 8" PVC, 782 LF of 8" DIP, 415 LF of 6" PVC, & 238 LF of

I Crystal O. Panico, PE certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of
the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving
wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity
related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving
treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements
identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance
with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to
those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I
am the responsible party. Signature of this form certifies that the receiving collection system or treatment
works has adequate capacity to transport and treat the proposed new wastewater.

ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION

ARDMORE INDIAN TRAIL, LLC
Pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 57D of the North Carolina General Statutes, the
undersigned natural person of the age of eighteen (18) years or more does hereby make and
acknowledge these Articles of Organization for the purpose of establishing a limited liability
company (the "Company") under and by virtue of the laws of the State of North Carolina, and to
that end does hereby set forth the following:
ARTICLE I
The name of the Company is Ardmore Indian Trail, LLC.
ARTICLE II
No date for the dissolution of the Company is herein specified.
ARTICLE III
The Company shall have the purpose of engaging in any lawful business and shall have
all of the powers set forth in Section 57D-2-03 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
ARTICLE IV
The Company address of the principal office of the Company is 1400 W. Northwood
Street, Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina 27408.
ARTICLE V
The address of the initial registered office of the Company is 1400 W. Northwood Street,

or repeal of this article, nor the adoption of any provision of these articles of organization
