Inspection Summary:
A site inspection was performed at the facility cover by permit # WQ0015053 on 8/1/19 by R. Sipe w/ WaRO - WQROS.
The WWTP and infiltration basins have not received flow since 2013; however, Currituck Co. has maintained the system as a
back up for the Moyock Reg. VVWTP (WQ0035706). The WWTP and the infiltration basins appeared to be in adequate
condition. The gate of the fence at Basin 2 has been damaged and cannot be closed. Glenn Vance w/ Currituck County
was notified so that it can be repair to maintain restricted access to the basin.
