The Compliance Inspection was conducted by Randy Sipe of the Water Quality Regional Operations Section, Washington Regional Office. Also present and providing assistance during the inspection were yourself, Mr. Tony Conant and Mr. Jovan Tyrrell with Camden County. During the inspection, all the wastewater treatment and disposal components of the facility described in Permit No. WQ0029894 were toured. The inspection also included a review of monthly reports/recordkeeping. Sipe w/ WQROS - WaRO. Also present were Tony Conant (ORC), David Credle (Backup ORC) and Jovan Tyrrell, all w/ Camden County. The treatment system, storage lagoon, and reclaimed water irrigation zones were toured and monthly reports and daily logs were reviewed. The treatment system, storage lagoon, and irrigation zones were found to be in good condition and operating adequately. Monthly reports for Nov. 2018 and May 2019 were reviewed and compared to lab data and daily logs. The Nov. 2018 report was found to be consistent with supporting documents. A few typographical errors were found on the May 2019 NDMR concerning reporting daily flow. The ORC stated he would revise and re -submit the report. The facility is considered compliant with Permit # WQ0029894.
