Inspection Summary
On July 23, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance and to determine if what progress has been made to reach a
resolution of the previously issued Notice of Deficiency. I met with Benji Boyd and Gene Harrell on site. The following items
were noted during the inspection.
1) A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan has been assembled on site which is not complete, but is a good starting point.
2) A discussion was had on site focusing on monitoring and SWPPP maintenance.
The permittee is directed to evaluate and discern all appropriate actions to take concerning compliance with the NCG070000
General Permit. Implementation of the General Permit will be evaluated during the next inspection.
Adequate progress has been made to resolve the notice of deficiency, and to serve as a starting point for meeting and
maintaining compliance in the coming months.
