On 4/23/2019 1 received my report from Environmental Testing Solutions that I failed the fecal col!form test for 4/9/2019.
My reporting limit was >600 col/100ml.
This is a response to that report. Although I do not exactly what happened, the sample was cloudy and I believe that the
seed sludge we purchased 12 days prior was of poor quality and the treatment plant was unable to produce a quality
effluent discharge. Our inflow at that time was very low leading up to the sample date. To resolve the issue I have seeded
the plant with our own sludge from the digester and within a couple of days we were discharging quality effluent and the
problem seems be resolved. The next report on 4/16/2019 showed a fecal of <1. I will put this in the comment section of
the EDMR for the month of April.

anticipate remedial construction activities, then you may wish to consider applying for a Special Order by Consent
(SOC).
