Jenny, per our recent discussions, attached find the items listed above. The FTA, FTSE and calcs have been
revised to reflect the measured sewer flow coming from the school along with a new flow of 9,702 GPD. The
FTA has also been revised to pull in the length of exsiting sewer that we are connecting to that today is not

the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving
wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity
related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving
treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements j
identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance
with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to
those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I
am the responsible party. Signature of this form certifies that the receiving collection system or treatment

We have reviewed the application for Westchester Country Day School in Davidson County. The total flow that we will
need to permit is 9,702 GPD based on the daily design flows in the regulations. For fast track,we cannot use fractions or
days per week of flow. If you want to have it permitted that way,you would need to apply through our central office for
a regular review instead of fast track.Also,we cannot allow credits (or subtraction in flow) since the current flow is not
permitted with the Division. So the permit application will need to be resubmitted with a flow request of 9,702 GPD and
a new FTSE. We will hold the application until we receive it.

The project site is the existing Westchester Day School located at 2045 N. Old
Greensboro Road in Davie County, North Carolina. The campus is comprised of 1
parcel (Parcel Number 0102100000024)totaling approximately 49 acres with existing
buildings, parking lots and sports fields. The project involves the following
improvements/additions to the campus:
• Addition of a new Performing Arts Center
• New access road from existing parking lot off Cascade Drive with parking lot and
truck loading dock/service area to the new Performing Arts Center
• A new proposed basketball court located north of new parking lot and west of
Cat's Den gymnasium
• Proposed building expansion at existing Gymnasium
• Design of interconnectivity between Cats Den, New PAC and Gymnasium via
sidewalks, steps and ADA ramps
• Soccer field reconfiguration required due to Gymnasium expansion
• Demolition of existing cul-de-sac and relocation of existing playground on north
side of Smith Hall
• Reconfiguration of parking area and addition of a Bell Tower on north side of
Finch Center
• Addition of a new parking lot off Wildcat Trail on north side of baseball field
• Addition of a new roundabout and student drop-off area on Wildcat Trail
• Addition of 6 new tennis courts located west of existing soccer field and south of
new PAC
• Demolition of existing field house and add new field house north of soccer field
Sewer flow to be generated by this project is 1,107 GPD (reference attached sewer flow
calculations). The sewer collection system within the project site will be provided by a series of
8 inch gravity lines privately owned and maintained by Westchester County Day School. The
proposed sewer system will tie into existing downstream 8 inch sewer lines (Permit
#WQ unknown ) owned and maintained by Aqua Carolina and will be treated at the Willow
Creek WWTF (Permit# NC0034452), which is owned by Aqua Carolina.
