Explain the purpose of the proposed project:* Due to the steep topography and the length of the lot, accessing their boat dock and pier proves to be a challenging proposition and a safety issue. We a requesting permission to install a Cart Path within Zone 2 of the Catawba River Buffer. 4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:* The construction of the cart path will be done by hand and skid -steer. The skid -steer will be used to haul materials and will remain in the construction zone of the pathway. The path way will be 5 feet Wide, 5 to 7 inches deep using a previous fabric.
