My name is Jessica House and I work for National Salvage & Service Corporation. The stormwater permit application that
went incomplete in 2013 was being generated by Mr. Ken Pickle. Mr. Pickle retired before the application was finished, but
he was in the process of deciding if we were in need of a general permit or a individual permit. Since the departure of Mr.
Pickle a gentleman named Mr. James Frei from Stormwater Services Group, LLC has completed the application; it is
attached. Could you please take a look at the application and choose what permit is needed for Dudley, NSSC?
