Notes and Sketches, etc
Lindsay said from phone call they had recently
Planted larger trees along Stream, treated and removed cattails
And thinned pine.
We did see evidence of all this work. Some cattail regrowth was occurring.
There was evidence of flow paths. The bottom 150-200 feet showed
backup from sound elevation
Erin was stung by some sort of bee, started walking out after that.
Did check the adjacent property for the reference and it is a good
reference, should look at next site visit
Bottom line, stream portion trending towards a headwater stream, will need
to check flow data.
It will not look good until canopy over the stream for several years.
Did not look at soils or wetlands.
